Appreciated our rooms with all necessary facilities. The hotel was in an incredible location really close to main shopping mall, cafe's & restaurants and cafes and shops.

Particularly good setting and bars and pubs close to the hotel. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a supermarket across the street.

Got extremely pleasant room with renovated bathroom and verandas, as example. Favourable and good location - close to a railroad station. Easy check-in, parking on site.

Beds were not very comfortable.

The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a fabulous free museum. I stayed in updated and neat room with separate single bed, paintings, verandas as expected.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The location was good, close to the shops with easy access to stores and a supermarket. We had lunch in Subway, placed close by.

Magnificent and lovely location as only 5 minutes to Robertson Park. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent and helped us with free parking.

The room I had was updated and big size with all necessary facilities and the staff was pleasant! The location was magnificent, at walking distance from a sleek museum.

The bathroom fittings were new, lots of hot water, very clean, friendly staff at the Indian restaurant, good menu.

The receptionest named Genie. We were given 2 itemes for breakfast that neither my husband or myself enjoyed so I took them down to rec. She was just leaving and was extremely rude, telling me very harshly that it was a complimentory breakfast.She almost threw the replacement items at me. We have always stayed there but never again. Even when we first arrived at the motel I felt her attitude needed improving. Then we were charged for the breakfast and on noticing this I phoned Mid City and spoke with a lovely lady named Kerrie. The charge was credited back to my card.

Easy in town staff were good nice Indian restaurant on site - accommodating after check out

Double beds were VERY small no milk to make a cup f tea!

This hotel is amazing value for money, offering clean and comfortable rooms at a very reasonable price. The attention to detail is impressive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all services.
